It depends on the environment and the nature of the harassment. Anything from workplace disciplinary action to criminal proceedings are possible. Your best course of action, depending on your level of comfort and the nature of the harassment of course, is to go to the immediate supervisor of the situation such as your boss. If this is an incident in your home then you can call the police and file a report. Your local police will be able to help you from there. Their response will depend on your case and the evidence you mentioned which I, of course, cannot comment on.

Stick in there and if you need any help be certain to ask for it. There is nothing to be gained in silence. Talk to your friends, your family or whomever is usually there for you in stressful times.

Sexual harassment exists. I absolutely were sexually stressed earlier yet i did not trivialize it or some thing or make it worse than what it truly became. women human beings truly do get raped and abused. as well, that internet web site you confirmed us is particularly sexist. in simple terms because some women actually everyone looks idiots does no longer advise all of us are.

It depends on the organization's policy. The fact is: You need to report it. Tell your Supervisor, or if that's the person who's harassing you, their supervisor, today. Don't let it go on.

You could get a restraining order. If they violate the restraining order, they can be sent to jail. You could also sue for punative damages in small claims court.
