Ok my boyfriend is in trouble with the cops for being with me because he is 25 and i am 17. We have 1 and a half babies together and we love eachother very much. If he gets caught how many years would he get and would they maybe go light on him since we are still together and have babies together?

Technically when you became pregnant that emancipated you. However, that means he still had sex with you underage, which is statutory rape, and how long he gets depends on the laws in your state. As for going easy, that all depends on the judge.

What are you doing with a guy so much older then you?
Are your parents okay with this? Or are they the ones that are trying to get him in trouble? I would think he wouldn't get that much time being as it's consensual and you guys have kids together. But If I were you I would question myself on what i'm doing with a man so much older.

It depends upon where you live. The laws vary from place to place. Statutory rape can put him in prison for a number of years. You can elope to a state like Tennessee and get married. Then the rape charges would no longer be valid.
