In my experience the best way(s) to cure hang overs are to eat a really greasy meal the next day/morning, and drink a good bit of water throughout the day. A shower always makes you feel better too.
If you have something really important going on then I suggest coffee or tea, it's only a quick fix, but it may help out some.

There are as many cures for hangovers are there are for hiccups, and everyone swears by his or her solution. Hangovers are caused by a build-up of toxins when one overindulges in alcohol. The best way to get all that out of your system is to rehydrate your body by drinking fluids -- water, juice, coffee, tea -- anything but alcohol. Don't fall for that "hair of the dog" solution. It doesn't work. When it wears off, you'll feel even worse. Then, if you can handle it, get some solid food in your stomach. If you have a headache, take two aspirins with plenty of water. And next time, don't drink so much:)

Either a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk or drink a coke with a whole lime squeezed in it. It tastes nasty, but it works. That was a tip from a bartender in Mexico when I got totally wasted. I was in fetal position most of the day until I tried the coke... then went out drinking later that night. It really did work.

No cure for a hang over. Only preventive maintenance.
Don't drink.
If you do, drink plenty of water. Dehydration is a main cause of hangovers.

Drink a lot of water or sports drinks (like gatorade), tylenol, a nice hot shower. They say greasy meals but this really doesnt 'help' because the alcohol is already through your liver so its no longer in your bloodstream... Greasy food helps with the intake of alcohol more so than with a hangover

Hangovers are actually from dehydration - alcohol takes fluids out of your bloodstream.
You should drink lots of water while you're drinking, and if you didn't, you should drink a lot the next morning.

Time is the main thing. Sorry. But a cup of coffee and alittle food and being active alittle helps.
