Just use eggs, but alternate the frying pan from the hob to under a grill while cooking. You will end up with a huge well cooked omlette.

For a 3 egg omlette, I usually add 2 T. of water not milk, makes it lighter..you can also use selzter water and it makes it fluffier. Good Luck!

Beat the eggs add salt & pepper and a bit of milk/cream.... then pour into a frying pan.... add some ham/bacon chopped up.... and cheese again evenly broken up... i like brie or a blue cheese ....Yum.... serve with cherry tom's, crusty toasted olive bread, a dollop of mayo and a glass of choc milk.....

Yes, I also add lots of tomato, a hint of garlic and onion, tons of cheese, salt, pepper, and if you have bacon bits add some of them. Makes a scrumptious omelet!

And I don't make omelettes either, ***chuckle***.
But honestly I don't know anyone who adds milk to eggs.
Some add carbonated mineral water to pancakes (= crepes) to make them fluffier, though.
