I met this guy a couple of years ago at a party. He lives in a different state and we're both in our early thirtees. I still have his number and recently found a picture that we took together at a party. I have been wanting to call him even after meeting him but I never knew what to say. Is it too late? If not, what should I say?

You could call him if you want, but just be prepared for anything. My sister had an ex call her 3 years after they broke up, by then she was married and expecting a baby. She said it was very awkward.

Are you serious? 2 years is too late for a guy you only met at a party, he wont even remember you, I can't even remember my class mates. Besides he probably found someone else long time ago while you were wasting your time.
By the way; Why he didn't call you? May be he wasn't that interested.
Move on and next time don't wait so long.

Sucks if you get all worked up on if you should call, what you should say, will he remember you...? Chill out! Call him or dont, but dont sit around wondering what if! What if after 2 yrs that isnt even his number any more? Go ahead and call the man, whats the worst that could happen? You have nothing to loose!

There is no time limit, although he may be with someone now. Why not just call and say "hey, I ran across a photo of us recently and got to thinking about you...thought I'd call and see how you are doing" and go from there.

forget about rules! is there a rule in not telling someone that you are thinking of them, and forever risk of losing them? you will not lose anything if you tell the guy. go on, tell him. tell him exactly what you wrote here. tell him he's crossed your mind sometimes. he will be flattered by that. if things don't turn out well, remember that you didnt lose anything. no one needs to know, its just you and him.

it's never too late to try. i say go for it. Tell him you came across the pic and remember the fun you had. ask him questions about himself, guys like that. you'll be fine. good luck. blessed be
