you need to make her jealous. hang around alot where she can see you with another girl that is kinda popular and stuff.then she should want you back.but if she doesn't {but she should } then you can do something like let her know you really like her and then after about a week ask her out again. she will probably say yes. p.s will you go out with me?

maybe you should tell her how you feel and tell her to give you another chance.
if she dosent want to,then you will have to move on,i'm sure you can find another girl as good as her,but you just havent found her yet
