Ok..for getting six pack abs you dont need just situps or crunches, It's a combination of eating right and exercising regularly. For example even if you do 500 situps a day and dont eat right and effect of the exercise will be very minimum. Try to eat nutritious diet which is less in fat, ofcourse you do need fat in your balanced diet but keep it to a minimum. To tell you little more descriptive about abs it's divided in to two, upper abs and lower abs and there is not just one exercise to get six pack you need. Try doing 1)bicycle exercise 20 reps/5sets (works out both upper and lower abs) sets 2) Try doing crunches using stability ball 20 reps/5sets 3) ofcourse crunches as many you can, try to to do until you feel the pain in the abs, that signals you abs are worked out significantly 4) leg raises or captains chair ( very good exercise for lower abs 25 reps/4 or 5 sets, try doing these exercises alternatively , dont just stick to one exercise, and one more thing run for few miles ,no other better way to reduce overall body fat, and keep in mind everything takes hard work and time and it's not an overnight transformation...hope this gives you an idea...be regular

Sit ups are probably the best exercise. Start with a few on day one - don't overdo it or you'll be sore. Next day add another one or two and keep adding as you go. By the time you feel comfortable doing 50 - 100 you'll have a six pack.

Depends. What is your size now. I got a six pack when I was twelve. I did a few sit ups every night at first. But then I started to do more and more everynight. Also try to do a sport or just exercise frequently because you can't be fit in one area and fat in another. Basically work out and you'll get STRONGER!!!!!!

make sure you don't have a belly because that will cover any muscles you have. Cardio for the fat. Then, sit-ups, crunches, machines at gym, whatever you like! In the end though, I think you need machines because sit-ups will just flatten your stomach without the six pack.

First you need to be on diet or exercise to get rid of fat (if you have any) at your abs. If you still have fat people can not set the six pack.

Then go to a gym and ask people how to build muscle at your abs.

If you do sit ups keep doing them until you feel the burn. Once you do keep doing them some more. Sit ups alone will take a while

try doing many sit ups, and maybe going to a gym for a lil bit. dont work out every day because youll be the same fit size. working every other day will help increase energy to work out more. im a girl but i do about 175 sit ups every two days to stay in good shape

Sit-ups

I would do 200/day in 5 sets of 40.

The morning is a good time to do them since it will also help you wake up for the day.
