Yours headache is as a result of stress
Have cold shower and 15mins rest (sleep)
Please try as much as possible to avoid stressnous work, know your limit, 8hours of continous work is too much.

Dim light,Tylenol or other pain relieving medicine,Hot cloth or cold cloth depending really on what works better for you,Hot shower or bath, massaging of the forhead and sinus area, deep breathing slowly in and out(I know that sound funny but its shown to work),sometiems something as simple as taking a short 15 minute nap/lay down works wonders... Many headaches may stem from dehydration. Drinking two glasses of Gatorade or water can relieve headache pain almost immediately in some cases....I hope this helps :(

Coca Cola was originally made to cure a lot of things from headaches to teething pain. It actually contained cocaine.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Excedrin is the best and fasting working headache medicine available over the counter. I swear by it. Your headache will be gone in 15-20 minutes.

No suggestion that can help you immediately, but find a chiropractor that practices in craniopathy and tell him/her of your headaches. They can do skull adjustments that relieve the pressure and eventually eliminate the headaches/migraines.

I've used them for years and have gone from having headaches/migraines 3+ times a week to now only getting one every couple of months or so.

If you are sensitive to light aka wearing the sun glasses this is a migraine. Go to urgent care or the doc and get something for it.
