do homosexuals need everyone to agree with there lifestyle to feel better knowing they are commiting a sin?

no, it is not natural! sex is meant for reproduction, the pleasure invovled is a bait method for our instincts. homosexuality is nothing more than an act of lust.

(1) It's not a sin
(2) You think homosexuals need everyone to accept them? You don't have any idea what you're talking about.

I don't think most of them believe they are sinning. If they do, they don't really care obviously. Hey, that sounds alot like most of us Christians! We love to point out others' failings but are always scared to admit our own. It does get overwhelming though when people try to justify behavior with laws. For example, there is no law against adultery (in most states), so people can do that all they want and it's good. There is also no law against homosexuality (in most states) so the same thing is true. We seem to focus on the latter because they are more vocal about their actions. On the other side, there is a law against heterosexuals having ten wives at the same time. So if there was a fraction of people who wanted that law to be revoked, there would be an uproar because people seemingly "know" that's not right and good. Meanwhile, the same holds true for homosexual marriage. There are laws against it and they want it to change but they don't see the reason there is an uproar about it. It really is all relative. But basically, we all fall under the same laws and rules and morals whether we admit it or not. Wow, now that was a soapbox answer... hopefully, I have made people on both sides feel slightly offended enough to think about how they act and what they are doing!

Be blessed.

HOMOPHOBIA, intolerance, hatred and ignorance is the TRUE SIN!!!

Homosexuality refers to sexual interaction and / or romantic attraction between individuals of the same sex. In modern use, the adjective homosexual is used for intimate relationships and/or sexual relations between people of the same sex, who may or may not identify themselves as gay or lesbian. Homosexuality, as an identifier, is usually contrasted with heterosexuality and bisexuality. The term gay is used predominantly to refer to self-identified homosexual people of either sex. Lesbian is a gender-specific term that is only used for self-identified homosexual females.

Erotic love and sexual expression between individuals of the same sex has been a feature of most known cultures since earliest history (see Homosexual relations through history below). However, it was not until the 19th Century that such acts and relationships were seen as indicative of a type of person with a defined and relatively stable sexual orientation. The first recorded use of the word Homosexual was in 1869 by Karl-Maria Kertbeny[1], with Richard Freiherr von Krafft-Ebing's 1886 book Psychopathia Sexualis popularising the concept.

In the years since Krafft-Ebing, homosexuality has become a subject of considerable study and debate. Originally viewed as a pathology to be cured, it is now more often investigated as part of a larger project to understand the biology, psychology, politics, genetics, history and cultural variations of sexual practice and identity. The legal and social status of people who perform homosexual acts or identify as gay or lesbian varies enormously across the world and remains hotly contested.

WOW! Homosexuals do not need the approval of you or anyone else to live their life. If you have a problem with them, ignore what offends you. Just because you think its wrong doesn't mean it is a Sin.....(NOTE: the Bible is not the only way, the only truth).

I don't think it's wrong and fail to see why they can't get married or become Ministers in a church. It has always existed and is perfectly natural. In Europe, it is not a big deal. In North America, particularly down South, people make a HUGE issue out of it. I say live and let live.

Homosexuality is not a sin, it's an alternative life style. It was widely practiced in biblical times and no one thought or said anything about it. Jesus was openly gay and enjoyed it.
Homophobia is a sin. Jesus will tell you .

I suppose many really don't care what others think, but those who speak out seem to need our approval to feel legitimate. What do you think people would think if I demanded the same approval for being an adulterer?

I'm not gay but I don't think they are sinning and I don't think they need anybodies approval.

What they do need is:

1. The same constitutional rights as everybody else.

2. Other people to stop beating them up, killing them, and discriminating against them.

IMHO

It's not a sin so they have no problem with it except when loony Christians make them hate themselves and feel horribly conflicted, Judge not! And get that damn plank out of your eye!

I'm don't even need to be part of your religion to see that it is not your job to judge others.
Leave the homosexuals alone- they don't need anyone to agree with their lifestyle. It's not like they're going around boning each other in the streets. Their private lives are private.
