ok if u are buying ur car then i would call who ever u are buying it from and ask them what to do if its ur insurance then u need to figure out if it is fix able or whatever if it is totaled then i would drop the insurance on the car and carrie it on ur licenecs, so that u dont have ur licensece taken or suspended, the insurace people always take their time so it may just be to be patient but i would start by callin or going into the office and seeing what progress they have made. then go from there and ask them questions about what should be done because ur just wasting money,

Go to your claim rep's supervisor. If you have an agent, call them, they should help you to deal with the company. Have you filled out all the paperwork & signed & returned your "proof of loss"? Did they contact your bank to find out the payoff amount? I am assuming a police report was filed at the time of the theft. These are things that need to happen before your claim gets settled.
