Sudden or partial paralasis in one leg isnt a sign of a stroke. Though it could be its most likely not. How old is the dog? Is the dog active? Did she receive trama to her pelvic region? Does she have bumps and tumors on her back?
Spine injuries, pelvic injuries, Muscle pulls, knee caps, hip joints, Arthritis can all be a cause of legs suddenly not working properly or correctly. If she was stroked out, it would be worse than one back leg not working. She would be weaving, problem focusing eyes, bulging eyes, problems breathing, lethargy, loss of appetite.
Do what a concerned and any good dog owner would do when a dog cant walk or run properly. TAKE the dog to the vet. If its a stroke he will be able to tell, but obviously something is wrong with the dog. Dont wait around.

Unfortunately, I don't think you are going to find a suitable answer on here for her diagnosis. I would take her to vet immediately. She may have tore a muscle or ruined her hip. There are various scenarios to think about. But if she is in pain, you can get medicine from a vet to help her through this part of it and you can get the help she needs with any possible diagnosis. Good luck!

Sounds like a neurological problem that needs attention by a vet. She may have a nerve trapped, suffering with back problems and pain, take her to the vet today, permanent damage can happen if you ignore it.

Get her to the vet. this is a stoke or various different issues. At her age this is optimal to have her appeared at by utilising a expert. whether all is unquestionably and he or she's in simple terms becoming older, he would be responsive to what her "baseline" is so as that he can look ahead to destiny differences in her senior years.
