Yes you can, but make sure your parents are happy with it. You don't want to cut ties with them as you will need their support for the next 18 years!! make sure you can afford to move out as well - being at home might be annoying but it's loads cheaper than living in a rented place. Also think of your baby - will it be better off in the house you're in now or with the baby's father? It is best for children to live in a stable environment, and you may need to put your own feelings aside for the good of your baby. Good luck!

If your mom is willing, have her help you. Taking care of a baby is probably going to be the biggest responsibility of your life. Allow yourself time to finish school, get things more under control, and maybe move in with the dad if you're still on good terms with him.

Absolutely, in most states you are automatically considered an "emancipated minor" if you either A: Get Married; B: Join A Branch Of The Armed Forces; or C: Give Birth!!!
Oh, I am a lawyer....
I think that there is one more thing to add here, being that you are a minor you will be automatically referred to child protective services, DYFS, or whatever your state has for a "monitoring period, regardless of the father's age.

sure you can , if you can take care of yourself and the baby . is the father of working age? does he live alone or with his mom? if he lives with his mom what will be the difference BTW living with his mom then yours and trust me it's not even gonna come close because your in another women's house and you have to follow her rules as well . so if your gonna live with the dad it should be to your on place and make sure he has a job that can support all 3 of you. and then your gonna have to be dependent on him for money , clothes, food , carfare . do you really want to live like that . i say wait until you can support you and your child and get your own apartment.

I think it depends on where you live and what the laws are, sure iff you regarded as a minor you will need youre parents consent to move out and live with youre new family, best is to get advice from a laywer or helpcenter.

In Scotland you can unless there are real reasons your parents could prove you aren't responsible enough but as the Law stands yes. However other people have vioced lots of the pitfalls........not nearly as many as there are. I would give this very serious thought your not likely to ever have it so good as staying at your mums.

You'd better check with the court. I think you'd need to get emancipated first, you're of legal age to move out when you're 18.
Unless, of course, it's okay with your mother; but she's still responsible for you.
