Your pic on yahoo answers is cute.
In order to get healthy hair, your hair should exercise at least every other day. It should eat right (carbs, protein... not sugar!) and should exercise intellect and spirit as well (hair should go to church).

eat healthy. wash every two or three days. dont use straighteners, few highlights and no dyes or perms. brush the natural oils from your scalp thru to the ends daily. wash, rinse, wash rinse well and apply a good conditioner and rinse well. use a deep conditioning treatment once a week at least. and before blow drying or styling use a leave in pre conditioner. keep the ends trimmed every 8 weeks. also you might find a vitamen supplement over the counter just for hair skin and nails. peace

Try using shampoo and hair products that has aloe Vera in it, if you use hair spray make sure they are not high in alcohol. I had the same problem I use to DI my hair every 3 months and that's really bad for your hair. I went 3 years without dying it now my hair looks and feel healthier.
