No stuff like that does not matter to God. Not at all. PPL can still pray and its ok. But, one kinda cancels out theother there huh? Whoever plays the best will win.... but God does not care. He is concerned with our lives here on this earth and whether we are peaceful, happy and saved . The rest is just stuff he must tolerate, as we humans try to do all this stuff to amuze ourelf. Is God against it? Most of it no. BUt, when ppl make it so imporatat to them and not make God matter at all, Yes He has troubles with it.
But, we can still root for our time if we are into that. God wants us happy and alive and enjoying life, but put nothing above God.

I laugh every time I watch a ballgame and the teams pray for victory or thank god when they when. If God does exist, I'm sure God is worried about more important things than who wins the super bowl or the world series. And what about when they lose. Do they blame God for favoring the other team or Satan for sabotaging them? People ought to stop divine appeals for sporting events and awards ceremonies. It's ridiculous.

God has a great sense of humour and i dont think he cares who wins it, but i do think he cares for the people who want a certain team to win. The way i know God, i can see Him cheering on a game on, lol.

But God is God, we dont know, its not like careing for a ballgame takes up any of His time. He has all the time in the world to deal with everything there is to deal with, so who knows, he might just enjoy seeing us enjoy ourselves. ; )

I don't think that He is in from of a TV eating hot dog and drinking soda, insulting the referee. He has more important business to do than wasting His time in those frivolous sport.

Just once -- ONCE -- I would LOVE to see the coach of a losing team, in the postgame interview or press conference, state, "Yeah, we would have won if it wasn't for GOD!!!!!"
