Any cardio exercise that increase your heart and that you can perform four to five times a week. You must also do weight training

Drink lots of water everyday, bring a bottle or two with you were ever you go.
It cleanses out your entire system and t is easy to do, unless you are addicted to coca-cola or anty other soda pop.
I was addicted to coca-cola for the longest, until recently i have been only drinking pop on the weekend and it works!
It was a bit hard for the first couple of weeks but, now it is habit.
I don't really know of a poticular excercise that gets rid of wieght but, since you only want to lose 8 pounds, this should do the trick!

Hope that this helps you out
and may God bless you!

Make yourself take at least 3 trips to and from the refrigerator before taking anything out.
Rules: one item taken from the fridge requires a complete walk around the house first. Same with any second or third item.

Okay....3,500 calories to burn one pound of fat
You keep a journal of your food intake..I think its highly important for you to see on paper the numbers of what you are taking in.

You buy a calorie counting watch..You take your total intake calories +3,500 add them together and THAT is what you need to burn everyday..to burn one pound.

If you start seeing the numbers I think it will help see that alot of what you might eat..may be uneccesary. You have to remember that your stomach and your intake of food at one meal sitting should be the size of your fist. It doesn't take much food to maintain your health. You can have 5 to 6 servings of healthy food the size of your fits over three regular huge meals. Your body is like a conveyer belt. You need a little at a time to keep everything moving. Good Luck

swimming is good. Or, I've made a mix CD of line dances and do that a little bit each day in my room. I find it's also more fun to do any kind of workout with a group of friends.

Cadio exercises are the best they burn calories and build muscle. Speed walking is a great example, it gets your heart rate up, you can do it longer than running or jogging and burn more cals. It is also easier on your knees and ankles than running and you build muscle in your entire leg and butt.

walking is the best exercise because..... it doesn't cost anything, is 'user' friendly (ie: everyone knows how to walk) and last...can be done anywhere!! get going and before you know it the pounds will drop and you may even start running!
