hi how much do tattoo magazine pay for a feature on your tattoos?

no a few tattoo mags have contacted me bout doing a feature spread as i have both arms done and my sides. i didnt get my inks done in a tattoo shop, i have my own tattooist whos my brother, so just wondered thanks

idk if they pay you for a picture of your tattoo. most of the time they get it from the place that did your tattoo. because its their work!..so i dont think they pay you. its just a nice thing to put your tattoo in a magizen. makes your tat famous. your not a modle and it aint your job to pose in magazines sooo..maybe become one and they will pay you!

i am not aware of any payment for showing tattoos. i have lots of friends who have had their tattoos in magazines and they have never mentioned getting paid for them. maybe they do get paid but i have never heard of such.

i think alot of the payoff will come from the increased clientele...
