I like the girl with the tequila suggestion, however I dont think thats the answer you are looking for. Theater is an illusion, theres the lights, the sound, the other actors, the audiance and everyone else that I left out that makes a production of any kind. Being in music your job is to entertain. Most people dont know what its like to be in that spot light so they dont understand what you are dealing with but believe me it may feel like it, but all eyes are not on you at all times. Being on stage should be the same as practicing in the class room or in your garage with friends or your living room with family, dont let it stress you out. It sounds hard to do, but all you have to remember is that you are showing off your talent, embrace it and be proud of it. Your audiance does not know your next line so have fun. You could have all the wrong lines but if you make it fun, thoes watching you will have fun too. Mission acomplished.

merely start up small. attempt taking part in a activity with associates the place you should accomplish, like skull or charades. Then take a fairly extra suitable step. in case you want to be contained in the skills or kind instruct, attempt doing an act with a pal or with a small team. or maybe being contained in the ensemble (if there is one) contained in the faculty play could help. Then progressively start up taking part in extra suitable roles or appearing issues on my own. in case you merely do issues progressively, the phobia will clearly start to flow away as you already comprehend it incredibly isn't any longer so frightening. :) reliable good fortune and ruin a leg! :)

I have loads of practice on stage and as a public speaker. I recommend when you are on stage singing or talking to focus on something or someone in front of you. This has always worked for me and I never have any problems.
