women have words specifically describing them like beautiful, pretty, gorgeous etc but the only word i can think of to specifically describe men is handsome. are there any other words besides like hot, sexy, cute, etc?

Male equivalents to "pretty" and "gorgeous" are:
handsome (which you noted)
stud ("studly" would be the adjective)
hunk (a noun, but it's still male-specific)
