You have an eating disorder and it is all tied in with how you think and feel about yourself. Instead of thinking that getting sick wll make you feel better do somthing else. Dont let this become a habit as it will be a lot harder to break. If you fell crappy and fat go for a speed walk. it will give you more energy after, it burns calories and you will feel better after. if you dont like somthing do something positive to counter balance it. Getting sick is not good as it is not helping your body it is actually hurting it. Good luck and Good health to you.

This is called bulimia, and from the statistics I have seen, bulimics tend to maintain weight, not lose any. If you feel you have overeaten, calculate how many calories you went overboard and work it off with exercise. Throwing up will erode your esophogas (sp?) and your throat, causing you many medical problems in the future. If you feel ugly now, think what discomforts that will cause. I don't say this to sound mean, but to give you something rational to consider when you do feel this way. What are you doing when you feel pretty? Exercising? Took a few extra minutes with your hair and makeup? Try doing this more. If eating and/or weighing yourself makes you feel bad about yourself, you need to view it in a more rational light. You need to eat and you need to consume a certain amount. Input your height and weight into a BMI calculator and figure out what your weight/BMI range is. Post this near your scale, and when your numbers fall within this range (anywhere!), hopefully it will give you a sense of satisfaction that you are healthy. When you eat, follow nutrition guidelines and take pride in planning nutritious meals and snacks for yourself. You are the only one who can change your feelings about this, and you need to do it now. Also, you don't mention your age, but I suggest confiding in your parents. They can help you find resources that can assist you, including counselors, nutrition advisors, and maybe a gym where you can work out without stupid guys making stupid comments. Good luck, and please take action now.

Sounds like you have some emotional problems with your weight, like you have a eating disorder! If you have that much of a problem with your weight and stuff then just start working out, that will make you feel better about your self probably!
