Lets put it this way: if those creams really worked, NO ONE would have cellulite, yes? Yes...it's only for the bucks! Same goes for diet pills.

You can break up cellulite and fat cells by massaging with almost any type of cream. What you're doing is stimulating the cells and allowing the callogen to form firming up the skin. Baby oil will work perfectly. Maybe you would like to use a natural sponge or share a cellulite massage with a friend. At any rate, it's not the cream, it's the massaging that helps. I will add that caffiene will tighten up your skin; but I'm not sure it's a permanent solution or that it will break up cellulite. I've learned to live with it. Godloveya.

I'm not sure how much cellulite you have. Most occurs in the buttocks. No medicine will help.

Assuming that you only have a little on your buttocks (I know it's ugly) there are things that you can do.

First: No diet drinks, such as soda pop. That's the main cause of cellulite.

Second: Sit on a heating pad for at least 15 minutes a day.

If you have lots of cellulite ...and if it really bothers you...surgery is an option. Liposuction!

The sassy old broad is right. I massage my legs every morning to help break up the cellulite and I swear I have seen subtle results. There is no over the counter cure for cellulite. The only solution is surgery, which is expensive and exercising focusing on the cellulite area can also reduce the appearance of it.

The only way to get rid of cellulite is to have liposuction. Cellulite is little pockets of fat that don't go away with dieting ( look at Donatella Versache, skinny but riddled with cellulite.)

There is no quick fix for what nature has set forth. Get over the stereotypical fashion model image of perfect and you will be alot happier.

Squats, butt lifts and ham string excersises work best.

Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

I don't know of any other than reducing weight( if you need to) and staying away from very hot tubs.
