i have a 5 yr. old son and a 3 yr old daughter and to help with that very same problem I have started a phase of privileges and learning, teaching her things big girls have to do at her age to keep her from wondering or trying things like shaving or curling here own hair...lol shes three she can learn to do her own hair like a big girl or learn proper hygiene, or just let her know that once she starts shaving she'll have to do it nearly everyday for the rest or her life and enjoying those fine none see able hairs before shaving makes them black and well defined, and shes beautiful just the way she is!!!!!!

My mom did that very same thing with her Dad when she was a little girl (using a comb of course) Have Daddy explain that she diesn't need to shave but it's okay to pretend, as long as she has supervision.

Let her keep shaving. She is just doing it to get attention. She just wants to fit in. She knows she doesn't have any hair to shave. The worst thing you can do is to criticize her for trying to be cute. That will just hurt her feelings. She loves her Dad, and she wants to do what her Dad does.

She's just pretending which is very normal and it doesn't actually mean she will want to one day shave her face.

The best advice I can give you is don't resist it, let her shave for as long as she wants and eventually she will get bored with the game and forget about it.

But as long as you have a Stop or refuse to allow her to do it, she will not forget about it.

Why don't you just let her play (supervised of course)? I used to shave all the time with my dad when I was younger (I used a toothbrush). 3 year olds are smart. They know girls don't shave. But it's still fun to play

shaving it won't make it advance swifter. make effective she has a great weight loss plan, provide her a multi nutrition daily, and you'd be able to rub down her scalp once you wash her hair to stimulate blood flow to the roots, yet there is not something you're able to do to make hair advance swifter or slower. it grows at its own organic fee. slicing hair by no skill makes it advance swifter. it could, whether, make hair look in good shape by skill of removing cut up ends. and thickness and density of hair is organic genetics. not something. you are able to not replace the hair your daughter replace into born with.

Tell her that only boys shave, but honestly if she wants to "play" shave it's not a big deal. We used to "pretend shave" with shaving cream and stuff when we were (me, my sis and my bro) little with my dad and stuff....didn't hurt me or my sister....

Tell her that girls dont have to shave becuase they do not get thick hair to grow on their face. To be safe, I would keep the razor out of her reach to avoid any accidents.

Tell her that it's a daddy thing do shave. Then make sure you hide the shaving cream so she dosn't get in to it

I have a 3yr old daughter as well and whenever I see her mocking one of us and its not appropriate I just explain to her why we do it and why she doesn't have to do it. I would tell her "Daddy has to shave because of all that yucky hair on his face. Mommy doesn't have hair on her face so she doesn't have to shave and you don't have hair on your face so you don't have to shave either. You're just like mommy!" And you could try the generic line which works for a lot of things "Little girls and mommy's don't do that, only Daddy's do that." More than likely saying she is just like mommy will encourage her to shy away from it. Perhaps when telling her not to shave you could show her something else that only mommy's and little girls do. Best of luck. Take care.
