Jeff Gordon?

I love to laugh at the ones who call him gay. I grew out of the name calling somewhere around the 5th grade. Calling some one names just because you feel he is a threat to your driver. There isn't a true fan out there that can't respect what he has done for the sport and what he has accomplished in his career. Love him or hate him, he is still a NASCAR icon.

I am a very PROUD JEFF GORDON FAN!!! I have been following Jeff on the NASCAR circuit since 1994. I truly believe that he is the reason that nascar got so big. I know that Dale Sr. did alot for the sport, but Gordon brought a whole new fan base, and changed the way that we looked at the sport. I think Dale Jr. and Tony and a select few others are the ones that have stepped up to the plate and are keeping nascar in the forefront right now, but Jeff is now and always has been my fav driver.

I'm not a Jeff Gordon fan, but I do respect him for being the champion that he is. Most of the time he's a real cocky little thing but I guess he can afford to be. I get upset when he wins, but that's just because I like Dale Jr. Be that as it may, even people that hate Gordon have to admit he's a great driver with a huge fan base.

Not a fan of Gordon, I wont boo him if he wins a race though. Gordon did a lot for Nascar when he came into the series, and it opened doors for people that would have been laughed out of the series 20 years ago. I dont like Gordon because he lists Pittsboro, IN as his hometown yet when he won the Brickyard and the town threw him a parade and a party he told them he would be there, and then he went to california instead and didnt tell anyone he wasnt going to be there. I root for drivers from Indiana, yet that was a slap in the face to all Hoosiers. Gordon will go down in history as one of the greatest drivers in nascar history, yet for that slight i dont like him.

I don't like him because he became way too cocky. I use to like him a long long time ago, then gradually started to hate him. I didnt like they way he was driving, and his attitude, and his tendancy to whine and cry when things didn't go his way. It's one thing to be at the top and recognize it, its another to be cocky about it, and thats how he got. Over the last couple years since he has had some bad luck and no championships, i think that has shown him that he's not as "special" as he thinks he is,and that he's not better than everybody else, because i've noticed somewhat of a change in his attitude and things he does.

I like Jeff Gordon, also. He is a good guy and a good race car driver. I don't think he is gay, happy maybe, but not gay. He is a winner.
Someone described Tony Stewart pretty well, a schoolyard bully, he is not on my list of favorite drivers, but I'll bet he doesn't care.
