Will baby oil help Keratosis Pilaris? Since it is moisturizing and Keratosis Pilaris is caused by dry skin?

The idea is to keep the skin moist and, yes, baby oil will do the trick. Some people mix baby oil with vaseline intensive care lotion (for extra dry skin) and say they have great success with it. What is really nice is that these two products are more cost effective than some others that are recommended (Amalactin) or a prescription cream. Of course, eveyrone is different so all you can do is try the baby oil and see if it works for you as well. I recommend you put it on immediately after your shower. Good luck!
