What is a WorldFunds Xpress Card?

I am supposed to get my income tax refund in a WorldFunds Xpress Card.

Never heard of that one. Sounds suspicious, like some kind of rip-off. Why did you agree to have your refund applied to some card that you didn't know what it was?

You should only have your refund deposited directly to your bank account. Forget about the rip-offs. They're never worth what they charge you for them.
