Marks Birthday is on Dec 31. Let us presme that today is Jan 1st, therefore 2 days ago would be Dec 30 and he was only 7, and since his birthday this year wold be at the last day, then next year he would be celebrating his 10th birthday

Lets say it was the 1st of January 2007. Mark turned 8 yesterday on the 30th of December 2006. On the 30th of December 2007 Mark will turn 9. During the next year he will turn 10 on the 30th of December 2008.

his b-day is on dec 31st two days ago he was 7 and today he is 8 the years is lets say 2007 and the day is jan 3 so next year he will be 10 next year being 2008 cuz in 2007 he will be 9 on 12/31/07 and next year on 12/31/08 he will be 10
