I'm a 16 year old teen with Atrial Fibriliation.
This past month i've been feeling really panicy all the time and having panic attacks at times. I can't even sleep sometimes.
Is it time for me to see a doctor? because it's really been bothering me nowadays and i feel like shiit.

Yes - go to the doctor. You're stressing out about your condition and there are so many ways to treat it. The doctor will be able to help you out with either medication of counseling.

Also, meditation has really helped me in times of stress.

this is what happened to me. Go to the doc, you don't have to live like this....It is a chemical imbalance of the brain that needs medicines to make the brain be normal again. Don't give up if one med doesn't work, And it takes up to 6 weeks to know if a med will work, I tried 2 kinds before I can say that I am no longer anxious anymore. My mind doesn't spin out of control and make me not sleep. I don't feel panicky and scared for nothing. I feel normal and so can you.

yes you should seek medical help. Also you should take up some kind of exercise, it is proven to relieve stress, but again check with your doctor before starting anything new. I have also stopped watching the news for the most part because it is full of depressing stories that we have no control over.
Hope this helps

Yeah you should go. There might be some medication that can help you. Also try to relax. Exercise, do yoga, meditate, deep breathing, do something fun that you enjoy.
