As you may already know Cad has just sorted out Immigration see my last posted question. Now he is going to sort out the NHS lets start by saying, nurse run the wards and do loads of stuff they are not paid to do.So lets pay them for all this extra work, but how can we afford this?Simple anyone in the NHS who is a middle manager your out(you don't do anything other than compile meaningless tables for the government, push paper about, and get in every bodys way)the very word middle means you can't manage, lets have one manager per ward.Specalist wards can have as many as it takes. There are at present two managers per bed(if Cad has this wrong please correct him)why because of paper work.We don't need it.The nurse can fill in a tick box form at the end of the bed if it will keep Mr Blair Happy. If these simple steps where taken it is not unrealist to be able to pay a ordinary nurse £40000 a year basic I am sure you will agree they are worth It.Lifting the whole of the NHS. It is possible

As a studnt Childrens Nurse...i couldnt agree more.
And lets get rid of health ministers and managers with no nursing or medical qualification as they cannot possibly be qualified to say what my job is worth.
Also lets employ local businesses to do construction work at hospitals. It is clear that the big franchises that bid for contracts are not charging the lowest and most reasonable rates.

Also lets part privatise the NHS! No other country lets you take a holiday and ge free medical attention before flying back to your own country. Obviously not emergencies but hip replacements and stuff like that.

Vote me for PM!

Again you have it all wrong... nurses are paid pittance because they have a lot of perks...

1. They get to wear sexy black stockings all day
2. They get the chance to see men's genitals whenever they want
3. They get plenty of opportunities to take advantage of tired, overworked junior doctors behind the screens.
4. If their men folk want them to dress up in a nurses uniform they don't have to fork out expense like other wome do in hiring a costume.
5. If a patient dies with no living relatives, there's a good chance the nurse will benefit from the will
6. They get subsidised food from the canteen when the rest of us have to pay top whack for our M&S sarnies.
7. They get a free colour TV (in most wards)
8. Life in the nurses quarters is one big giggle, like sharing a room with 120 of their mates
9. They are used to it.
10. Honestly they don't mind!
