You can go on this site and print a chart that you can massage the toe yourself. and many other ailments. or you can look in the yellow pages for a massage Therapist, of a reflexologist. I have used the chart and find IT of great help. This was told to me when I took a class in yoga.

My mrs is a reflexologist. I never get headaches, mind you, she can get a few...ahem!
It's true, it DOES work. And by golly, you'll feel on top of the world when you have it done! It really is the best feeling!

A lot of your nerve endings are in your feet, so seeing a reflexologist or a podiatrist is a thing to do.
