it hurts like hell ans advils not helping. what could be causing it

maybe you should go ride a horse until you get bucked off. this will reverse the side effects. if that doesnt help then see a doctor.

Is this the 1st time you have experienced this level of pain? Was in a gradual build up a sudden on set of pain?
Have you experienced any nausea, visual disturbances (colored lights, etc) or are you sensitive to light?
If the answer is yes to 2 or more of these symptoms you may have experienced a migraine. I have had them for years and these are some of the things I have experienced.
If so you should consult you doctor for an evaluation and appropriate treatment.

dehydration. could be a migraine. try taking a bc powder & drinking a ton of water
