You do not need help. It sounds like you're on the right track.
Continue not doing what you are not doing and witness how it doesn't make a difference either way.

when we get so depressed that we feel inadequate to even approach God then we must take it in prayer to him. He knows already what you are going through and wants you to take the first step towards him so he can help you.
He asks us to throw our burdens on him and if they are too many he offers another solution. He says roll you burdens on Jehovah. Never feel like what has happened is something that has never happened before. Talk to the elders and let the spiritually qualified men pray over you and for you.
You cannot heal spiritually unless you let someone help you. Jesus says he will be with us until the conclusion of this system of things. He was sent to the earth by Jehovah to break us free from all sin and death.
God offers forgiveness of sins and help from the holy spirit to get us through these last days when in a critical time.

don't give up. I have been there. one day I sat down alone in my living room, and talked to God just like I was talking to a person sitting in a chair in front of me. I had come to that point myself, where I felt silly to pray, and I asked God to help me over come it, to bring me back to Him.
I no longer feel funny about prayer.

Don't feel like a fool. He is there and He is waiting. Remember, we are told to come BOLDLY to the Throne when we need mercy and grace. The enemy will never lead you to prayer and our faith is not based on our feelings. Go to Him, even if you feel foolish and remember...He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

God Bless You.

Sounds to me like you need a spiritual "reboot". This happens when you do not have a true, personal relationship with your Creator. When our PCs become crippled by viruses, we need to wipe the drive and reinstall. It may be the same with our spirit as well.
Read my treatise below for the steps toward a reboot...

Going to church helps you to stay spiritually motivated. Read your Bible on a regular basis. Another helpful hint is to have devotions because you'll have one on one time with God. Hope that helps and God bless!!

i think of the 1st step is taking the time to assert to God precisely what you have stated right here. I artwork with college pupils, and oftentimes hear comparable concerns to yours. there is lots happening on your existence. it is cliche, whether it is actual: as quickly as we don't experience on the fringe of God any extra, wager who moved. It wasn't God! Scripture says that if we will seek for God, he will show himself to us. p.c.. up your Bible and spend it sluggish praying. it is not suitable in case you "experience like it" or not. thoughts are secondary, besides. Love -- actual love, besides -- isn't an emotion, it is an act of will. So start up performing such as you like God returned. seek for him out. you is extremely not disenchanted.
