I have the same problem.
I think its just the type of skin I've got (very fair)
I also think its a confidence thing
try to concentrate on what the other person is saying and feeling and ignore the habit of thinking about yourself. It is hard to start with but does get easier as you practice it.
Good luck
and other people saying u gone all red does not help.

I have blushed for my entire life, even now I still blush with my husband after 27 years together yet I am not lacking in confidence. Get used to it as you will never change, it is just an unfortunate card we have been dealt in life. I generally pretend it is a medical flushing condition that I have that can't be explained - people then feel sorry for you instead of ridiculing you.

Do you go red as you laugh? As you shy? Get angry? Cry? It could be that your emotions play part on it!! Maybe is you are more assertive it might go away but if it doesn't I bet it makes you look cute!!!

Unless it bothers you don't change I don't think it will kill you!!!

It might help if we knew how old you are, I used to when i fancied boys in my teens. but since I started dating boys and finally got married, I don't do it anymore.
