Ahhh my favorite! Just yesterday i grilled the most fantastic burgers by adding a bit of Lea and Perrin Worchestershire sauce and some McCormicks steak seasoning. On the side, i grilled some portabello mushroom slices and onion. The only thing i wanted on my burger along with that was a bit of mayo, ketchup, and some good cheddar cheese. Now, if it is gardening season time i love to put a few slices, thinly cut, of homegrown tomato. Skip the mustard, bbq sauce, etc.

Depends...
Sometimes I like all all american with bacon and cheese and sometiimes I like a stacked burger with tomato and lettuce and pickles.
Yesterday though it was barbeque sauce, onion rings, bacon and cheddar.
A few weeks ago it was topped with a bleu cheese/peppercorn sauce (blend crumbled bleu cheese, tablespoon of sour cream and fresh ground pepper together til creamy) and pickles.
