....."While chances for all-out war with Syria in 2007 are deemed low by Israel's top intelligence officials, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert instructed the defense establishment on Sunday to prepare for the possibility. "...

Did God really mean for so many to DIE ? other than Jews? for Israel? I don't believe as I used to. All I am witnessing are 'excuses" for Israel to destroy others. For that matter, EVERY race, ethnicity has a right to SURVIVE, don't they? I refuse to "worship" people from Israel anymore than I will worship other groups. There's something wrong with the interpretation of the Bible regarding Israel. I'm convinced of it.
I also believe there are parts of the Bible that are missing. I've always felt that way. 95 percent of the world are people of color...Surely God had a plan for them, a GOOD, EQUAL PLAN NOT just limited to Israel..

Israel is indeed God's Chosen People. But they are chosen to provide the world with a Savior. While they do indeed have every right to exist, so do other peoples. What the Palestineans do NOT have is the right to keep Jews OUT of the lands ceded to them by God. If they wish to live peacefully side by side, they have that right. BUT if they insist on killing Jews merely because they have some twisted idea about the history of the land, they deserve whatever they get. Do I REALLY need to post the true history of that land since the Ottoman Empire? AGAIN???

in the past, Russia and America kept a cold war. it was called "mutual assured destruction". and it kept either one from firing those missiles. but its different today.
when some nations are not concerned about being destroyed, as long as they can destroy those that they target.

in these days many middle east nations, the nations of the west.. they are all like dogs fighting over the one bone of the tiny nation of Israel to see who will have that land... divide it up.
its not even an oil rich land, so why does everyone want it? .. is that good and equal?

but Iran.. backed by Russia, takes the right to wipe out Israel., then it has the right .. as with any other capable nation, to protect itself by retaliation in that which it is attacked.
