Out of the popular soft drinks, Mt Dew has the highest percentage of caffeine @ 55mg per 12 ounce can but you want to avoid softdrinks so....
Teas... not so much caffeine.
Most 6 ounce teas (green and oolong) have between 10mg to 60mg although black tea can have on the upwards swing have almost 120mg.
Red bull contains about 80mg per 8.3oz can.
Bawls contains 80mg per 12oz bottle.
Amp contains 112mg per 12 oz can.
Rockstar Juiced contains about 240mg per 24oz can.
Wired x294 has 294mg per 16oz can.
There is a drink called SPIKE which has over 300mg of caffeine in an 8oz can. There is a warning label as it is for 16 and older but I really don't recommend it. A lot of people complaining of heart palpitations and such.
Pills:
Vivarin, Nodoz Max, Caffedrine each contains 200mg caffeine per tablet.
You can also get a caffeine boost from chocolate! Milke chocolate contains 9oz caffeine for every 1oz chocolate.
Either way, too much caffeine is not good for you as it dehydrates your body so you will definitely need to offset it by consuming eaqual parts of water to avoid those caffeine headaches.

have u know nutritional knowledge whatsoever? Caffeine is bad for u,it doesn't give u energy boosts at all.It may make u feel awake and prevent u from sleeping but it wont make u want to do an hour in the gym!It dehydrates u and your skin.
U need to change your diet, eat more carbohydrates if your lacking energy during the day.Rice and pasta release energy steadily and fill u up.The only thing u need to drink is water or anything but caffeine

Tea? Believe it or not, tea has more caffeine than coffee! Try a nice peppermint tea. It wakes you up and gives you fresh breath all at the same time.
I'm also heard that eating apples has the same effect a drinking coffee.

Psuedophedrine has an "alertness" factor to it.
I stay away from the pills personally.
I personally like espresso with a bit of sugar and cream over ice.
