press F8 while booting

while loading windows (windows logo and loading bar) press turn off
pc.
it will turn off and then start it again. then it gives u choice if u whant to access safe mod or start windows normaly or sart without net.

Safe mode is not related to BIOS, this is a Windows action.
Assuming you are using Windows, right after the BIOS finish loading, Press F8.
You will than be prompted with the Booting options, one of them (usually the first on top) is Safe Mode.

leave the bios alone to get into save mode first reboot as soon as the first screen appears the one with black background and white writing keep pressing the F8 key about once a second until you see the boot menu use the cursor keys to choose the option of safe mode then press enter

once you're operating homestead windows, as you boot up the computing gadget, press "F8". The motherboard on its own received't do something. you want to apply adequate computing gadget to have homestead windows operating.
