I am a very religious person. I pray everyday & go to church every Sunday. Last month I went to the Doc because of my frequent periods. I've never had frequent periods before. Doc gave me provera pills for 2 weeks. I got bad side effects. I got really scared of the devil. I thought I was possesed. I prayed everytime I got scared. I couldn't sleep at night, I had irrational thought & couldn't eat all day. I lost weight. I was already skinny to begin with. I am getting married & mom said if I don't eat I'll look an ugly bride. She was affraid I was going to ruin my wedding or there won't be a wedding. I was depressed & unhappy. I've never been depressed in my entire life. I was very active & happy with my fiance. Then I went to the doc again. They gave me xanax & provera to get rid of my side effects. I am back to normal again but still have irrational thoughts every day. But not alot. And have mood swings every now & then. I still pray & I love my fiance with all my heart.

I love my fiance's parents. I do alot to help them around the house. I've become a responsible & mature person since I met my fiance. He was the one who took me to the doc. So he knows the meds I am taking. He still loves me. Nothing will chance. I haven't told him yet about me being sacred of the devil or my irrational thoughts. I am going to see a councelor also. I am still praying every day. I've become more spiritual lately Am I a bad person? Or the devil is ruining my life by putting irrational thoughts into my head? Or is it the Med? I was never like this before.

I think you are being over medicated. There isnt just one solution to each medical problem and it sounds as if your Dr has done sort of a band-aid effect in giving you something which caused you pain and then treating that pain with other medications instead of trying alternative options to what you were taking the first time. Thats not right. You should seek out a new Dr, if just for a second opinion. And I would strongly suggest that you seek treatment for your female conditions from a female doctor, if you arent already. (It sounds as if you arent though, I cant imagine any woman doing this to another woman)

Good luck and go get a second opinion.

As for your for your irrational thoughts this bible verse might relate 2 Timothy 3:12 and Ephesians 6: 10-17 and according to Peter 5:8 After reading that verse. This will help you on your daily walk 1 John 4:4 And finally, as a very religious person you should know that salvation from Jesus is eternal, so how can you be possessed by the devil, when you have given your soul to the lord. Who has all power( Matthew 28:18.) verses can be viewed at Biblegateway.com My answer 2 weeks ago =Well hopefully your 1st problem was fixed with the original application of meds. If not tell the doctor you want a cure, not an endless regimen of meds. Finally, It sounds like you need to cleanse your body, Umm " Lifeforce" by McCombs is a great book about cleansing your body. As for the sin, I Think the only sin that applies to thought( Matthew 5: 28) is the one about fornication with another. After you finish the above business you should focus on a good healthy diet. Maybe that was the problem to begin with. new addtion check out Jayrobb.com and click on " The Fat Burning Diet."

Well you know the devil isn't ever going to let up.

But what it sounds like in this case is that you are having a reaction to the medication. Xanax is a god-send to anxious people. But you must be careful with it because it can become habit-forming. Take it only as your doctor has prescribed.

Now I don't know about this other drug. But even caffine can cause irrational fears. You need to explain to your doctor EXACTLY what is happenening & ask him to put you on something else. If he won't listen, then find another doctor, even if it is one in the same medical group.

Is this doctor of yours male or female?

well for one thing medication is the work of the devil, most americans are blind to this, medication is making people sicker and most of the time never helps people, the FDA is out there to sale you drugs and make money, the truth is there is a natural treatment and a cure for vitually every disease sickness or illness on this earth that grows naturally, anything from herbs, plants, vitamins, nutrients from our food, and so on ( I would really encourage you to go to this website listed below and read), I have some words of wisdom for you, if man made it dont take it, if god mad it take it, in other words if its drugs or something man mad like our genetically modified food dont eat it or take it, if it grows naturally that only thing it can do is help you. But anyway to address your problem, it sounds like the devil is just playing games with your mind, it could all be a mind illusion, remember things arent always what they seem they are, but then again iam not fully aware of your situation.

You are just stressed. You are too fixated on the wedding being perfect. Your man doesn't even want the wedding. He just wants you and the wedding is a step along the way to having you. Remember this, if the wedding is perfect your memories of it won't be very good. If things get really screwed up, you will look back and laugh.

It's the side effects of the medication. If you'll stop taking it for a few days you'll see that the demons in your mind go away. Perhaps you should look into natural medicines like Black Cohosh and Bayberry that don't have the harsh side effects and you won't have to take a medicine to treat the side effects of another medicine.

Whoa...ok..possible mental disorder? Bipolar? This can happen to anyone at anytime. I would go see a mental health doctor and talk to them. Get an evaluation and suggestions for treatment. I think you should tell your fiance what is going on...I think he has a right to know everything he is getting into. Good luck.

There is no such thing as being possessed by the "devil" in fact there IS no "devil" that is ridiculous... All your weird thoughts are due to the medication. Praying to Jesus is not going to change things. I think your religion is making you crazy.
