"Nelli und mich" = Nelli and me
"Nelli und ich" = Nelli and I
"Brille (sing.) / Brillen (plur.) und Augen" = Glasses and eyes

"Nelli and Me" - "Nelli und ich"

"glasses" - "Brille" (singular word!) if you mean eye glasses, "Gläser" if you mean several drinking glasses.

"eyes" - "Augen" - singular is "Auge"

Hope this helps. :)
