Are you not...OK, I won't say it because you don't need to hear words like that. But if abstinence includes self gratification then To Pleasure would mean like physical good feelings but no sexual contact? Hmmm... that's a tough 1.

All I can think of would be sports or maybe getting a massage (from someone other than your partner). Go for a runner's high or play hockey together (all the pads will help keep you apart). If it doesn't have to be physical but still no self sex, you could read each other a book, or play some games that will make you laugh a lot. Laughing feels good. So comedy clubs, comedy movies, that kind of stuff. There are always the other six deadly sins. gluttony, wrath, hubris. What's avarice anyway?
