yes just make sure you cut back use a saucer to eat off of you'll be taking in less calories automatically

There is this French book that Oprah convered in one of her shows. Something like "french women dont get fat". the basic concept of this book is that if you eat satisfying your senses, and not just your stomach, you'll not overeat.

So she suggested that the cutlery should be amazing, there should be food that is garnished and presented very well, the works- your favourite napkins, candles etc.

They had also shown a success story of a woman losing over 20 lbs wiht this technique.

Makes a lot of sense, but havent tried it yet. Dont want to go to having a nice sit down meal yet.

Yes. Absolutely! By depriving yourself of the things you absolutely love you are actually making your body crave it even more. A diet won't work if you do that. You have to learn to do it in moderation, perhaps as a small reward, just don't over do it. You won't crave it as much if you know you can still have it even if it's not as often. Use it as an incentive. I will be good for 5 days then I will allow myself a small reward for all my hard work.

well i am 5ft9in. 120lbs. and have a 5 year old son. i am a vegetarian but i really love my junk food. i eat in moderation all the time and use potion control. it has worked for me. give it a shot see how it works for you.

It depends.. on what it is. I do..but I watch the fats and simple carbs. Make your serving size a serving size.. American's over eat..
