I enjoyed junior high school (7 & 8gr.) more than high school.

I didn't think so when I was in highschool, all the studying and have to put up with b.s. from some teachers. Now, I lost contact with my friends. I look thier name up and get 100's if not 1,000's of results. My town don't have thier own high school, they consolidated (maybe misspelled), in the 1960's. It'd be nice to visit them again. I haven't seen them since 1982 (year of graduation). Even a lot of those I was with in grades k-8, don't see or have contact with, some ... yes.

If you make smart decisions and at least try for desent grades then yes. Your young and don't have very many responsibilities, enjoy that before life slaps you in the face with ft jobs and bills and worrying about getting laid off or fired and not having the money for your responsibilities.
I would love to start growing younger! =) I'm only 24 but damn I feel old. I want to be a teenager again. Though I do have a great car and good job I wouldn't mind being younger and having my crappy car and pt retail job and reliving my carefree days.

No, not necessarily. They were most definately not for me. The best years of your life are those that you make the best years, not what someone else says should be the best. If you love high school, good for you. But if you're like most people you hate high school and your real life starts later.

Nope college. By then most people have left behind the drama and are living real lives, not ones based on the WB version of life.
If you live your life right though, every year should be the best year of your life. I wish I would have learned that earlier, instead of wasting eight years wishing my life was different.

Who on God's grey earth ever told you that? Look at it. If the jocks aren't beating you up, the nerds aren't talkin' to you. Forget the cheerleaders, and you can't be known for being on the chess team. You wake up one morning with volcanoes on your face and hair growing out of places you never knew you had before, Nothing fits right, everything you do is wrong, youcan't get a job, You can't get a date and that damn prom is nothing but a nightmare, and somehow it's never going to get better than this?

Not for everyone, mostly the jocks & cheerleaders. The party
people always have a good time. The wall-flowers & bookworms
normally rise above the rest 10 yrs. down the road if they
complete their academic goals.

My friends all got really territorial over all of our male friends and constantly fought. Although, I did have an awesome Freshman year it all went down hill from there.
I think it depends on who your friends are and the changes that happen to all of you though out high school.
If you have a crappy time at high school you can always look forward to college!

I wouldn't say they are the best, but they are certainly some of the most important years of your life. What you do in your high school years affects the rest of your life.

High school was the worst 3 years of my life (I graduated a year early) and i'm sooooo glad to be out. I know a lot of people will never get past high school, but a lot of people hated it. It's a lot of drama.
