Tell her about yourself. Tell her something REAL, not a bunch of BS.
But here's the thing. People think you are just BRILLIANT when you can listen to what they are saying, and then repeat it back in your own words (completely different words than they used, preferably with word pictures,) to show you understood. People want to be listened to and understood. That is more important than topics to talk about. But you should share things about yourself as well.

no one want to sit around listening to someone talking about themselves all night, so ask questions about her. nothing too deep or personal. don't try to ACT interested, try to relax and really listen so you can BE interested. . . unless she's not very interesting. :) maybe think of some questions beforehand so you have something to fall back on if you freeze up and draw a blank. most importantly, try to have fun and relax. that will say a lot to her.

I think its good to talk about each others intrest, opinions on things but I personally like to not give so much information.. Its good to keep things to yourself until your more intimate with someone. And make sure she has a good few laughs.

Just talk about everyday things and see where the conversation leads. Ask her about her job/school, what she likes, etc and go from there.

talk about something lite don't want to scare her and you don't want to be scared movies interest hobbies sometimes if you just tell them something u like to do then say "and you" then that opens the door for her to speak

talk about stuff your interested in.. if you like computers.. or cars.. talk a little about them... ask her what shes interested in .. if say she's interested in books.. you can ask her favorite author, her fav book?
etc etc..
