Can any one tell me about any software to switch from one window to another!!!!?

listen people!! i have two windows in my pc XP SP 2 and MEDIA CENTER......
can anyone tell me how can i switch to another window without restarting..... i mean to say can i switch to another window from one window..........

You might try something like VMware... but you really want be switching as it will be running both at the same time and you just flip from one to the other.

Have you tried shift page together
