I want to find some money to help pay off my enormous undergrad bill. I'm in grad school now, but if i get scholarships i don't think my company will pay for my schooling. I'd rather have my job pay for grad school and apply for scholarships to help with the bill i already have. is anything like that possible?

Yes, some scholarships will just cut you a check.

My first scholarship ($1000) was used to buy my first car. Which was prudent, as I needed it to commute to school.

Your student loans should be low-interest loans, so you should be able to manage or perhaps defer that debt until you finish grad school.

You can get grants (Pell Grants for example) that you can use as you wish rather than applying it to tuition only. Based on income and expenses, you have to qualify for them. Look online!
