2 Corinthians was written in 56-57 AD.

I have scanned the website you linked to and found nothing about this subject.

Genesis was written between 1450 and 1410 BC.
Exodus was written between 1450 and 1410 BC.
Leviticus was written between 1445 and 1444 BC.
Numbers was written between 1450 and 1410 BC.
Deuteronomy was written between 1407 and 1406 BC.

Job was also written between 1450 and 1350 BC.

1 John, 2 John, and 3 John were written in 80-85 AD.
John was written in 85-90 AD.
Revelation was written in 90-95 AD, making it the last written work of the NT.

The OT is not ordered chronologically, it is ordered by History, Poetry, Major Prophets, and Minor Prophets.

It is the first of the 2 Corinthian letter listed in the bible, so yes, it is the 1st Corinthians.

As noted earlier - Genesis wasn't likely first, and Exodus wasn't second, so if 1 Corinthians wasn't Paul's first letter to the Corinthians - so what?

I don't think Paul numbered his letters, and I don't think it changes the content.

Many people are aware that paul wrote at least three, and probably four letters to the Corinthians, of which two were preserved for the Scriptures. What is your point?

The 1611 kings James version bible is the true word of God. It comes complete. There are no missing books. People need to reread the Bible, not rewrite it.
