Sorry, I'm not a doctor or nurse. However, I have tried lots and lots of diets myself and know a good one when I see one.

Try this for two days. It's so simple you won't think it will work, but it really makes sense. Don't eat until you're physically hungry. Once you start eating, eat slowly, eat the foods you like, but after each bite, ask yourself if you're still physically hungry. If you're not hungry anymore then stop eating. It's your body's way of telling you that you have enough fuel for now. Stop eating and you can look forward to your next snack or meal, but only when you're hungry.

It's so simple, but it works for me and I don't count calories or worry about avoiding certains foods. As long as you let hunger be your guide. You can get more info on this at thintuition.com.

This method was conceived by a man who was morbidly obese and just couldn't do one more diet. He decided to let his body guide him and it worked.

Give it a try.

Most diet pills are nothing more that scams in a bottle. They alone won't help you to lose weight and offer little more than a slight boost in metabolism or a promise to halt fat absorbtion - both come with some pretty unpleasant side effects.
If you are not getting the results you want to see with the diet and exercise plan you have in place then change that plan. A nutritionist can help you figure out how much of what you should be eating. Also - make your exercise more cardio and aerobic. Most of all you need to be strict and serious about what you are doing.
Dieting to lose weight is more about lifestyle changes than quick fixes and miracle pills.

I am not a nurse, or a doctor, but I do know that doctors use a diet called a ketonic diet on patients that have severe weight problems and can't lose a significant amount of weight. It takes a lot of will power, and also no drugs. Ask your doctor about a ketonic diet. I know someone who did this and she has lost a lot of weight. I mean 250 pounds when I say a lot. She is a lot happier with herself and now has a healthy diet as well as a healthy body.

By the way, start riding around the neighborhood for at least an hour a day and build up to 2 hours a day.

if you want to be successful with weight (fat reduction) you can not "try" to diet you must. and wen I say "diet" I mean by following a structured healthy eating plan with a specific amount of calories and nutrients (protein/carbs/fats) the body can not run at optimum levels of efficiency with out the proper nutrients. it's like trying to have a construction crew build a brick house out of wood. the body can only utilize the nutrients that you provide it with.

A chest x-ray would have the skill to tell if there is something out of line with your ribcage. Do you have soreness interior the rib/chest section? Chlorine interior the water now and returned reasons hives, rather in swimming pools and warm tubs. Having your bathe water too heat would reason the pink blotches.
