I am afraid it is hard to judge by where they are from. You need to go out with them to feel for yourself who is more compatible with you. If it is for a long term relationship, you are not only marrying the girl, but her whole family. Check them out.

Depend on what you're after. If you're control freak and don't care about who you marry as long as you get to stick your magic stick in a hole, India girl. Arranged marriage is common in India.
