you can start by waxing the unwanted hair, or go straight to electrolysis, this is pretty expensive and it is usually done in sessions

Permanant hair removal requires laser removal and it is costly and takes several sessions but it's permanant.

male or female? u could apply duck tape on ur body and tear.. although it might be pretty painfull
