Hugh amount of evidence, which people continue to ignore, demonstrating that if you have a balanced diet they are useless! you cant use more than the optimum amount, the rest is either peed out if it is water soluble or may accumulate and be toxic if it is fat soluble!
Also studies looking at vitamins taken as supplements show they convey less advantage than those taken in the natural form in fruit and veg!
Adios tablets are demonstrably useless, you seem to delight in uselessly throwing away your cash on worthless quack remedies. I would be in your own interest to seek some unbiased advice from people who are not trying to empty your pockets.

Smiler,
I'll bet that you do not need any vitamins.
Here's a question we need to answer:
Q: "What is a vitamin, anyway?"
A: "A catalyst."
Really, that's all a vitamin is. It allows certain chemical reactions to take place at body temperature. What we need is not more catalyst, we need better reagents, better substances to make the reactions. That means better food. Mom was right--eat your veggies.
We have done plenty of studies on the effects of vitamins, and we have found that unless you are severely malnourished, vitamins really do nothing, since you already have enough vitamins in your system and more of a catalyst won't do amything more.
That's why vitamin C kept sailors from scurvy once upon a time--they were malnourished and would die if they didn't get it.
Let me guess, you are not dying, right? So you don't need more vitamin C. You have plenty of it.
All you need to do is to eat right--lots of vegetables and fruit, in that order (we have better health if we eat more veggies than fruit, it seems), and after that the whole-grain carbs and a little meat, no more than the size of a deck of cards once or twice a day. No more than that.
Your skin and hair will look as it does mostly because of your heredity. There are some things you can do, like a volumizing shampoo (which really does increase the "volume" of hair. Not much, but it measureably does) and keeping your skin clean and using a really good makeup, but other than that, don't spend money on "super" vitamins. There are no such things.
A good multivitamin a day doesn't hurt, but more than that doesn't help. I know people say that certain vitamins help their "energy levels" or soemthing, but that's not due to the vitamins, but to two other possibilities:
The Placebo Effect ("I'm supposed to feel better with this sugar pill, and by george, I do!")
or
Lifestyle. There's something else they're doing that makes them feel better. People who take vitamins seriously often develop a lifestyle of good health. That's what helps. I don't get nearly the number of colds that I used to since I started running and eating right. I was surprised, but it's true.
We've done studies in which people, having taken vitamins, report having better energy but cannot perform any better than they did before.
We've also done double-blind studies (neither the subject nor the administrator of the medication knows what's in the pills they're handling, only somebody else who coded the containers knows) in which vitamins have been proven to have no effect in people already eating well.
So if you'd like clearer skin and shinier hair, eat lots of vegetables and fruit, a little lean meat (especially fish? It does have the kinds of omega-3 oils that we need. Vitamins do not) and 30-60 minutes of good cardio exercise per day four times a week (this means joggin/running), practice good hygeine, and you'll have it.
About weight loss tablets:
If you eat the right amounts, you won't need these, either. They probably won't do you any harm in the short term, but they mask the problem, and that is that we people are not so different from our dogs, here: given the chance, we'll eat too much. If we need to lose weight, the problem is the amount of food that we are eating.
Cut out junk, eat only what is good for you, stay away from anything that contains "partially hydrogenated" anything in its ingredients, don't eat too much, exercise, and you will look and feel great.
I hope this helps.

health is the base for beauty. the best things you can do to get a beauty glow is to help your body detox first. one of the best ways to do this is to use spirulina 10-15 grams a day +12-17 grams of cholrella a day. the alive multi vitamin each day + extra vitamin c in the range of about 2,000 mgs. pr. day preferably atleast half in the form of ester c. a natural vitamin e 200- 400 iu's. pr day.a good balanced omega 3,6,9 formula, and the use of a good quality garlic supplement at least 4 times per week. understand that the spirulina and chlorella are foods not vitamins, they are some of the very best top quality things you can put in your body. the other things listed are vitamins that are generally isolated forms, and should not be used to excess as they may build up in the body, except vitamin c. the alive brand multi i spoke of is highly recommended due to its abundance of b vitamins, and the fact it contains pro-biotics in small amounts enough to help with absoption, hair and nail growth due to b vits.also the use of a good quality elderberry syrup, and a good quality 3-6 or better mushroom supplement, which these also help buils your immune system.i do not know if these supplements are compatable with the weight loss pills you are taking, you would want to check with a doc. or the manufacture of you adios pills. i would say that if the pills you are taking are not natural, or contain a stimulant natural or not i wolud stop taking them. anything which boosts your metabolism while taking it will stop boosting your metabolism after you stop taking it and can actually hurt your endrocrine system, which regulates metabolism, and actually result in a larger weight gain in the future. a good diet, great supplements, clean water and moderate exercise will put you in optimal health and shape over a course of time. the supplements i recommended will detoxify you,and build a strong immune system, and leave you looking and feeling great. be sure to buy the spirulina species pacifica, and chlorella species pyrensoidosa, as these are the most effective. sorry to go on and on but i hope this info really helps, it has for me ,my husband and my 2 children, greatly over the course of the past 10 months. any of these supplements can be found in a health food store,or online. PS YOU NEED TO START SLOWLY ON THE CHOLRELLA ANS SPIRULA TO GIVE YOUR BOWEL TIME TO ADJUST,STARTING WITH SAY 2-3 GRAMS OF EACH PER DAY AND SLOWLY WORKING WAY UP TO ALLOW YOUR BODY TO ADJUST,PLUS BE SURE TO INCREASE YOUR CLEAN WATER INTAKE , NOT TAP WATER!!!
