Twin flame, or soulmate?

If we were to assume soulmates were a possibility would that person need to originate from the surrounding areas or their nationality be from the same area your own ancestors are from?

Anyone I know who say they are with their soul mate say they were only a few miles away. A few out of state. Never out of the country. Anything is possible.

I donÂ´t believe in soulmates, but just for the sake of argument... IÂ´d say place doesnÂ´t matter, they should find the way to each other, no matter how far apart they are.
