what should I do?

We've been dating for a couple of months. I really like her, the way she is, what we do together. But I'm a little shy, I didn't give her a kiss for first - she kissed me instead - and due to many other things I was a little confused, about her behavior, even if I have a strong feeling towards her. She's becoming more than a friend, you know.
Last week we had sex for the first time. It's not a matter of physical pleasure, just condider the "having sex" like a closer share of emotions, dig?
What happened next is that after having it, she completely changed her mind. She thinks she made a mistake, that it was much too early, and she's cold with me.
She regrets not being able to explain all the reasons, but she doesn't want to appear as a bi**h.
I've tried to explain - with ups and downs - what I'm feeling, what I'd like to do, but she keeps on staring the ground, and doesn't give any clear explanation. What should I do?
It'll be a great pity to loose her. I don't want to lose her.

it's really up to her you cant make her want to be with you just be there for her an listen to what she wants. i know its hard an you don't want to lose her but its up to her maybe she just isn't ready for you yet , just give it some time

Ok well first off when you two had sex out of a relationship was that the first time shes done that? If it is many girls don't feel right having sex outside of a relationship and will regret it. I'm not saying what you did is wrong, but it might have put her through this emotional roller coster, she might be thinking she's a **** or a horrible person for doing something like that, and her seeing you only reminds her of what she's done.

If so the best thing you can do is for about a week or two give her space but leave her little presents in places you know she'll find them so she knows your still thinking about her.

Also reguardless if what I wrote above is true or not you need to get over your shyness. Nothing ruins relationships faster than a man who's shy. I know its hard to initiate something like a first kiss, but you have to take the plunge. If your not she's going to think your not sure about you and her and its going to make her reconsider everything. One thing a girl really gets hit hard with is the social norm that a girl is supposed to say "I love you" first. This can be really hard on someone espically if they've been the one initiating everything from the start.

Ask your self "Do I love her?" then think of the reasons you love her, write them down. Then memorize them. Then tell her you love her, and then tell her all those reasons you love her.

take her somewhere nice (resturant/coffee shop/bar and talk to her - say that maybe things are moving on too fast for you both and maybe you could begin again. Arrange a date and take it slowly.... I guess she likes you too and she moved too fast and is afraid she will lose you because of it. reassure her that you like her and would like to try again too.
